Cacoosing creek, berks pa

Does anyone know if the dam on cacoosing creek is gonna be taken down? I'd imagine it would greatly improve the stream and be better for the Tully itself

Its in the works. Hold up is with the gas line that runs through the mud above the dam. Trying to get the gas line people to do anything is like trying to turn an aircraft carrier.

Meanwhile, the class A stretch is really quite impressive for a relatively small, but quite fishable stream (size-wise). The B stretch most above Ltl Cacoosing has less gradient and more sediment, but fish the better habitat and skip the sand flats and you will find the fish.
