Taxing the water to benefit the PA fish and boat commission

Interesting, but why does Montana want to ban trapping? And why did all of thone other states ban trapping? Animal cruelty?

Yeah, I think it's an animal cruelty thing.

Of the states listed, what is banned is jawed leghold traps, seen by the animal rights types as most cruel.

Instant kill traps and snares are varied. Some of them also ban those, some don't.

I don't know of anywhere that outlaws live traps, but I could be wrong....

Because a lot of liberal Californians have moved there.

Hey, I couldn't have been the only one thinking that.

Immediately recognized the photo as my "home water" Scott's Run Lake. Interesting to see in a Pburg paper.
I think they may be in the process of refilling after this summer's spillway work.
