The PFBC has some grant money available for improvements on the Tully or Quittie (or presumably their tribs). Deadline to apply is Oct.

It would be easy to overlook the fact that the grant money may also be used for Blue Marsh Lake enhancements. Blue Marsh is in the Tulpehocken watershed.
