Little Lehigh bug ID?

Sorry I didn't get a picture of them...even if i did with my cell you wouldn't be able to see them anyway...But they were small (maybe like 18-20ish with smaller, white, and coming up around 6pm when I first got there. I've looked up a few hatch charts and can't really lock it down. Some of my guesses might be ephoron? Sulphur dun? Tricos that didn't know how late it was?

If they are 18 or 20's probably baetis, but without a pic, I wouldn't bet it.
