I'm testing the waters with this idea. How many folks would be interested in getting together for a tyer's night once or twice a month in Bellefonte? This would take place through the winter months. The idea is to get together for an evening, throw back a few, and share patterns and techniques.
1. Completely informal - just get together and tie. Share patterns, watch your neighbor, Just sit back and watch if you want to.
2. Bring your own materials and tying equipment. Table space will be reserved.
3. The venue would be Maria's Italian Restaurant in Bellefonte. Maria's is an informal, fly fisher friendly establishment along Spring Creek that some of you may already be familiar with.
4. All skill levels welcome from beginner to advanced.
5. No event cost, aside from patronizing the establishment for letting us use their tables
6. Held on a weeknight. Maybe something like 7:00-9:00 pm or so.
